Attempting to expand into new markets, Mirth Turtle spun off Source Tortoise Software—but this fledgling subsidiary open-sourced its best products, throwing away millions in potential revenue.

If that wasn't enough, a disastrous Reddit marketing campaign has turned the public against the company brand.

The Board is convening to remedy the situation. Will you join?
